Our systems have detected a situation on some of the PBX infrastructure in the EMEA zone. Whilst we've detected no impact to calls passing through the platform, we must take immediate action to prevent an outage.
We expect no interruption to services during this maintenance, however the service should be considered at risk during this maintenance window.
This applies to Microsoft Teams Direct Routing too.
