CRM Hosting ErrorsBetween 19:00 UTC (16:00 EDT) and 23:45 UTC (19:45 EDT) on March 24th, some users may have experienced errors on CRM systems hosted by us.
The issue was detected by automatic monitoring with the impact being confirmed by a few reports being received shortly afterwards.
We successfully rolled back the update, identified the cause of the failure and moved to create a patch to address it. Following the application of the patch and rollout of the same, we found the containers running the individual instances of the CRM system were not starting automatically. This only affected those with CRM's with URLs https://[company].crm-hosting.jmurraysolutions.com/
Further work was required to bring the containers out of the error state they were in and bring them back online.
We've suspended automatic updates on the platform and will establish a new process for ensuring the CRM hosting platform undergoes updates only in a controlled environment outside of working hours meaning if there's an issue with an update, there should be no impact.
