Support availability will be adjusted between 8 June and 20 June.
09:00–11:00 BST - Standard support requests will be handled during this period. - Business-critical issues and incidents affecting multiple users will continue to receive immediate attention.
11:00–14:00 BST - Support will operate as normal.
After 14:00 BST - Availability will vary on a day-to-day basis. - Urgent issues will continue to be monitored and addressed, although response times may occasionally be longer than usual.
Billing & Payments - Payments received before 11:00 BST will be processed between 11:00 and 12:00 BST. - The daily billing process will not run before 12:00 BST during this period. - Accounts using manual call-credit top-ups will continue to be monitored, with proactive notification where additional credit may be required.
Normal support availability will resume on 20 June.
