The data center have informed us of an upcoming maintenance operation on central network components. The maintenance is scheduled for April 21st beginning at 09:45 UK time and will last for approximately 1 hour.
It is necessary because of a critical software update and due to an incompatibility between versions, the redundancy will have to be updated simultaneously.
As a result, some services may be temporarily unavailable during the window.
Expected impacted services are:
- CRM Hosting (Attachment storage)
This may in turn cause some errors on CRM systems during the maintenance window and access to attachments may be unavailable. Once the maintenance window is over, we will verify all affected services have returned to normal.
