Users of the PBX platform may have experienced issues with their Desk Phones, Microsip and/or Zoiper this morning. Users may have saw errors relating to an invalid certificate or other security warning.
This was caused by an automated process to reload the new SSL/TLS certificate failing. We have manually updated the certificate.
Desk phones were instructed to reboot after the update, however the same is not possible for Zoiper & Microsip remotely, if you are seeing errors on any of these apps whilst trying to make/receive calls, please reboot your device.
